Surfstrand 1×7 is made of corrosion resistant, spring temper stainlesssteel. Compared to our competitor’s old style 1×3 construction,Surfstrand’s 1×7 construction offers higher break strength andmore realistic action. The wire is specially stranded to deliver superior kinkresistance, and the high strength of stainless makes this an excellent wire forleaders, lures, and trolling. Camouflaged Brown finish minimizes reflectionsand disappears beneath the water. Attach Surfstrand using crimping sleevesand crimping pliers or tie with a figure 8 Knot.
